We have 4 meeting rooms available within the hotel for meetings and conferences – two are large, two are medium sized. You therefore have a choice and we’re sure you will find something suitable to host your conference, meeting, seminar or event. The rooms are all furnished to a very high standard, and all boast state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. Our hotel can also offer you a dedicated organiser who will be more than happy to assist you with the arrangements for your particular needs.
Rome is a centre for Commerce and Industry, and the Hotel American Palace Rome is located within the Eur Business District, making our location an ideal base for conference delegates or business people. Our hotel is also very close to the headquarters for IFAD – the International Fund for Agricultural Development - which is one of the three UN Organisations based in Rome.
The Ente Fiera di Roma (the official organisers of exhibitions and fairs in Rome) is making strides in their attempt to bring some of the top international conferences and exhibitions in the world to the Eternal City.
